Ahmed Al Badrani leads the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth.

Appointed in 2021, he brings a strong combination of financial discipline and operational leadership, enabling SAMAYA to deliver consistent performance, scalable solutions, and sustainable value.

With a background in finance and extensive industry experience, Mr. Al Badrani champions a data-driven, results-focused approach that aligns operational excellence with sound governance. Under his leadership, SAMAYA continues to expand its integrated, technology-enabled services while supporting national development priorities under Saudi Vision 2030.

He holds an MBA from Prince Sultan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Saud University, and is committed to developing local talent and embedding industry best practices across the organization.

Abdullah Asiri provides executive leadership across SAMAYA’s strategic initiatives and project portfolios. With more than 24 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in executive management, mega projects, and organizational development across global complex environments.

Mr. Asiri has held senior leadership roles overseeing global engineering, project management, and large-scale portfolios, with a strong focus on strategic planning, stakeholders alignment, and partnership development. He is recognized for building high-performing teams and driving organizational change to achieve long-term objectives.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and plays a key role in guiding SAMAYA’s growth, governance, and strategic execution.

Khalid Aljohani leads SAMAYA’s Facilities Management operations, overseeing service delivery, asset performance, and operational reliability across diverse portfolios. He brings strong technical and managerial experience across healthcare, corporate, and industrial environments.

Mr. Aljohani specializes in operations management, preventive maintenance, HSE compliance, and multidisciplinary team leadership, with a consistent focus on efficiency, uptime, and service quality. His experience spans project coordination, resource optimization, and lifecycle asset management from design through operation.

He joined SAMAYA in 2024 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Umm Al-Qura University. He plays a key role in strengthening operational standards and supporting SAMAYA’s integrated FM strategy.

With over 30 years of leadership experience, Waqeet Alwaqeet serves as Regional Manager of the Southern Region at SAMAYA, providing executive oversight of multi-site operations, formulating regional strategic plans, directing annual budgeting cycles, and strengthening internal control systems to mitigate financial and operational risks. He also serves as the company’s authorized representative before regulatory and governmental entities.

Previously, across a distinguished career with the Education Administration, he led budget formulation, expenditure rationalization, public procurement, contract management, and workforce planning in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.

He holds a Masters in Management, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, and is completing a PhD in Management.

Abdulrahman Al-Zaid leads SAMAYA’s operations in the Southern Region, bringing over a decade of senior-level experience in facilities management, public sector infrastructure, and emergency operations.

Previously, he served as Director of Projects and Maintenance for the General Administration of Education in Al-Qassim Region, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest educational districts. He also held leadership roles at the Unaizah Education Administration, including Director of Projects and Maintenance, Head of Emergency Section, and Head of Salaries Section.

Abdulrahman holds a Diploma in Construction Control from the Institute of Controllers, combining technical inspection expertise with strategic FM leadership.

His responsibilities include talent development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement, with a strong focus on creating a structured, supportive, and high-performing work environment.

Malak Al-Hazani provides executive support across SAMAYA’s human resources operations, with a specific focus on labor contracts, employee records, and government authorizations.

With a strong background in HR administration and accounting, she brings expertise in medical insurance processing, visa and residency management, license renewals, and certified documentation through the Riyadh Chamber.

She has held previous roles as a credit officer, auditor, school secretary, and trainee in supply chain management at King Fahd Medical City. She holds an Accounting Diploma from King Saud University and a Diploma in Human Resources accredited by the Cultural Office.

Having held previous roles as Director of Security, Safety, and Facilities for the Asir Education Department, coordinator of Hajj operations, and educator at reputable institutions across KSA, he is dedicated to ensuring quality, efficiency, and sustainability in workplace
environments.

He holds numerous academic qualifications and certifications in his field and serves on the Security and Safety Committee for the Chamber of Commerce.

Previously, he served at the Ministry of Health, where he led daily operations, optimized workflows, prepared strategic reports, and coordinated across departments to enhance service quality.

With more than 35 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in executive management, governance frameworks, and cost optimization across large-scale and complex environments in KSA and the Middle East, having held senior leadership roles overseeing multi-billion SAR portfolios.

He holds a degree in Architecture from Al Azhar University in Cairo and is a Consultant Engineer for the Saudi Council of Engineers and the Arab Engineers Union.

As IT Manager at SAMAYA, Mahmoud Roushdy oversees the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 end-to-end implementations, including design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

He leads ERP consultants and developers through project phases, collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications, and develops technical documentation and training materials to ensure seamless system adoption.

A Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant, he has successfully implemented D365 F&O and AX 2012 for major organizations across the Middle East, including Al Othaim Market, Elabd Food, and Arab Dairy.

He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from El Gazeera Institute, in Egypt.

Since joining in 2023, he has focused on strengthening market presence, building strategic partnerships, and securing high-value opportunities aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives.

With over a decade of experience in the Middle East, Mr. Abou Assi specializes in translating market insight into actionable commercial strategy – from opportunity identification and bid structuring to negotiations and contract award. He works closely with delivery teams to ensure solutions are commercially sound, operationally deliverable, and technology-enabled.

He holds a degree in Public Administration from the American University of Beirut and is known for a disciplined, relationship-driven approach that supports sustainable growth under Saudi Vision 2030.
